George D. R. Mills B.C.L.



George Mills qualified as a solicitor in 1973 having studied at University College Cork (B.C.L.).

George was a partner in a large city law firm prior to establishing his own practice in 1981. George has a particular expertise in litigation, acting for multi national insurance companies and under writers at Lloyds and for plaintiffs in the full range of personal injuries claims.

Declan Barry B.C. L. Dip in Property Tax. Commissioner for Oaths.


Declan graduated with a B.C.L. from University College Cork in 1983. He was admitted to the roll of Solicitors of the Law Society of Ireland in 1986. He was appointed a partner in the firm in 1987. Declan has continued his legal education having completed a Diploma in Property Tax in 1994 (Law Society of Ireland).

In 1989 he was appointed by the Chief Justice of Ireland to be a Commissioner to Administer Oaths. With over 20 years of experience, Declan deals with all areas of private client and company law. His expertise includes Property, Probate, Wills and general Commercial matters. He acts for many high net worth individuals. Declan is also admitted as a solicitor in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
